Moira

Hey, I’m Moira. I’m a grade 12 student and have been with Sims for almost two years. I did a high school co-op in grade 11 at Sims and then worked here as a Veterinary Assistant. I love being able to spend time with animals and form a bond with their owners. Every day at the hospital is different, and I jump at the opportunity to learn new things every chance I get.

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m out hiking, riding horses, or playing with my own four-legged friends: Hazel, Hobbes and Maggie! Very exciting news to share. I’m starting vet school in the fall and am eager to start working in such a wonderful field as a veterinarian.
