Emily

Hi there, I’m Emily. I am a recent graduate from St. Lawrence College, graduating from the Veterinary Assistant Program in June 2022. After finishing my summer placement at a nearby clinic, the team at Sims took me under their gracious wings, and quickly showed me the ropes of what it means to be a team. You will most likely see me as the first point of contact when you enter or call the clinic, working behind the scenes in the treatment room, or joining you and your fur babies in your appointment.

When I am not here in the wonderful world of Sims assisting. I spend a lot of time baking, cooking or planning my next adventure with my better half. I love the outdoors, exploring and adrenaline-chasing activities when the weather permits. I highly enjoy camping, zip-lining and swimming. Playing soccer year-round, I love to be active. Running alongside me in every activity she can is my best friend Siberian Husky Kiera. In addition to all my adventures, I have a great appreciation for all things cuisine.

I am happy and proud to be a part of the team here at Sims, and I cannot wait to continue expanding my knowledge.
