Why join us

Sims Animal Hospital is pleased to provide veterinary services for companion animals in Kingston, ON and surrounding areas. We offer a wide variety of services including surgery, internal medicine, vaccinations, nutritional consults and veterinary diets, dentistry, grooming and palliative care. Our facility is equipped with in-house diagnostics (blood, fecal and urine analysis) and digital radiography. This helps our doctors diagnose and treat most problems as quickly as possible. We also maintain excellent relationships with nearby specialists should our patients need referral for specialized care.

Our practice is located in historic Kingston, ON, which is also known as the “Limestone City” due to its beautifully preserved limestone buildings. Our city is the perfect blend of big-city excitement and small-town charm where we enjoy a thriving arts and culinary scene along with tourist attractions like the St. Lawrence River and the famous Thousand Islands. Outside of our rewarding work at the hospital, our team takes full advantage of the recreational activities that the city has to offer which includes hiking, sailing and freshwater diving.
